What makes Bendigo Woollen Mills yarn special?
We pride ourselves on using 100% Australian grown wool, processed and spun at our historic mill in Bendigo. Our traditional methods ensure a softer handle and superior durability for all your knitting and crochet projects.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping within Australia typically takes 3-7 business days. International orders can take between 10-21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Can I return yarn if the color isn't what I expected?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused yarn in its original condition and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty.
Are your wool products machine washable?
Many of our ranges, such as our Luxury and Classic lines, are machine washable on a gentle wool cycle. However, we always recommend checking the specific care instructions on the ball band before washing.

Do you offer wholesale pricing for designers?
We primarily sell directly to the public to keep our prices as low as possible. While we do not have a traditional wholesale program, we do offer bulk discounts on large single-order quantities of the same yarn range.
