At Bendigo Woollen Mills, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your yarn or garment isn’t quite right, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided it is in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Email or call our support team to request a Return Authorization and confirm if you require a refund or an exchange for a different shade or size.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package the items in their original packaging, ensuring all wool labels are intact and the product is protected from moisture during transit.

• 3.
  Post the Package

  Send your return via Australia Post or your preferred courier to our Bendigo mill address; we recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5 business days.
