The Isabella Top-Down Yoke Jumper - Womens Knitting Pattern | PT 8706

With an exquisite combination of Lilt, Multicoloured Sock Yarn and Luxury 4 ply, this top-down jumper is a masterpiece of colour and texture. It delivers the magic of colourwork, without the need for any stitch charts or overly complicated instructions.

Construction

Knit in the round from the top down, in stocking stitch, holding a strand of Lilt together with Multicoloured Sock Yarn 4 ply for the yoke and Luxury 4 ply for the body. Circular yoke. 

Tension

22 sts and 30 rows to 10cm over stocking stitch using  4.00mm needles and holding 1 strand of Lilt and 1 strand of 4 ply yarn together. How to check and adjust your tension.

Suitable Yarns

Shown in Lilt, Multicoloured Sock Yarn 4 ply and Luxury 4 ply, with two strands held together throughout. This pattern is suitable for other yarns but will give a different result.

Accessories

A 3.75mm and 4.00mm (40cm, 80cm, & 100cm long) circular knitting needles, and a set of 3.75mm and 4.00 mm double-pointed needles (dpn’s), or size needles to give correct tension. Stitch markers. 
One circular needle length of each size (3.75mm and 4.00mm) can be used if you use the magic loop method for both sleeves and body if preferred.
