The Ness Vest - Women's Knitting Pattern | PT 8731

Knit this refined v-neck vest in Nurture 8 ply. Wear it as an effortless tank top, or layer it over long sleeves for year-round comfort. 

Construction

Knit in the round from the bottom up until underarms. At this point, front and back are split to work flat and then seamed at shoulders. Neckbands and armhole bands are picked up at end and knit in the round.

Tension

22 sts and 30 rows to 10cm over stocking stitch using 4.00mm needles.

Suitable Yarns

Shown in Nurture 8 ply. This pattern could be knitted in our 8 ply wool yarns like Whisper 8 ply, Luxury 8 ply or Classic 8 ply, however they will have less drape and a different fit. (Equivalent yarns: DK or Light Worsted).

Accessories

1 pair each 3.25mm and 4.00mm circular needles or size needles to give correct tension, 3 stitch-holders.
